Laboratory condensers work at room temperature and must be properly filled with cooling water in order to avoid magnetic reduction and demagnetization of magnets. 2. Heating setting and heating rate (100 C/h) should not be too high. 

使用实验室冷凝器必须关闭冷媒进管阀门，放防病锅内和夹套内的剩余冷媒，再输入物料，开动搅拌器，然后开启蒸汽阀门和电热电源，到达所需温度后，应先关闭蒸汽阀门和电热电源，过 2~3 分钟后，再关搅拌器，加工结束后，放尽锅内和夹套剩余冷凝水后，应尽快用温水冲洗，刷掉粘糊着的物料，然后用40~50 0 C 碱水在容器内壁全面清洗，并用清水冲洗，特别锅内无物料（吸热介质）空锅情况下，不得开启蒸汽阀门和电热电源，特别注意使用蒸汽压力，不得超过定额工作压力。

When using the laboratory condenser, it is necessary to close the refrigerant inlet valve, release the remaining refrigerant in the anti-disease pot and jacket, then input the material, start the agitator, then open the steam valve and the electric power supply. After reaching the required temperature, the steam valve and the electric power supply should be closed first, and then the agitator should be shut down after 2-3 minutes. After finishing the processing, the residual condensate water in the pot and jacket should be discharged. Wash with warm water as soon as possible, brush off the sticky material, then use 40-500 C alkali water to clean the inner wall of the container, and rinse with clean water. When there is no material (heat absorbing medium) in the pot, the steam valve and electric power supply shall not be opened. Special attention shall be paid to the use of steam pressure, and the working pressure shall not exceed the quota.

保养实验室冷凝器要经常注意整台设备和减速器的工作情况，减速器润滑油不足应立即补充，电加热介质油每半年要进行更换，对夹套和锅盖上等部位的安全阀、压力表、温度表、蒸馏孔、电热棒、电器仪表等要应定期检查，如果有故障要即时调换或修理，设备不用时，一定用温水在容器内外壁全面清洗，经常擦洗锅体，保持外表清洁和内胆光亮，达到耐用的目的。

Maintenance of laboratory condenser should always pay attention to the working condition of the whole equipment and reducer. The lubricating oil of reducer should be supplemented immediately. Electric heating medium oil should be replaced every six months. Safety valves, pressure gauges, thermometers, distillation holes, electric heating rods and electrical instruments at the upper parts of jacket and pot cover should be checked regularly. If there are any faults, the equipment should be replaced or repaired immediately. When using, we must use warm water to wash the inside and outside of the container, and often scrub the body of the pot to keep the appearance clean and the inner liner bright, so as to achieve the purpose of durability.
